I recently spent a rejuvenating Christmas at the Clarence Head Caravan Park, and let me tell you, it's an eco-friendly gem in Iluka! The location is superb, with just a short stroll to the beach, the iconic Clarence River, and the stunning rainforest walk that leads to breathtaking lookout points. Our family stayed in a modern motel room which was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, including a handy kitchen for all our culinary adventures. The on-site convenience store made it easy to grab ice and drinks for those sun-soaked beach days. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helping us secure one of their last available rooms during peak season, and they even made sure we knew about the local fishing hotspots. If you're into rock hopping or simply soaking up the sun with a good view, this spot has it all! I can't wait to return-perfect for families, dog lovers, and nature enthusiasts alike.
